Panthers progress throughout season

The French Camp Panthers began the season as favorites to play in the state championship game.
French Camp had made the trip last year, but was defeated by Stringer. This year the Panthers had everyone back so the odds were in their favor, but as the season got underway, the tale took a different turn for French Camp.
A good many of the starting Panthers were injured and the team could not buy a win as they began the season 0-4. In essence their backs were against the wall.
