Egg Bowl trophy returns to MSU

There are a great number of things in life that are a gamble. 
Certainly going for it on fourth and 2 in overtime as the first team on the field qualifies. 
That's what Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen did. 
The move paid off as quarterback Dak Prescott kept it and took it 4 yards for what turned out to be the game-winning touchdown as the Bulldogs beat in-state rival Ole Miss 17-10 in the first-ever Egg Bowl overtime on Thanksgiving night to ensure a trip to a fourth-straight bowl game. 
"I can't tell you how proud I am of this team, (and) of our coaches handling all the adversity we had to go through all year," Mullen said. "To play the game we played (Thursday) was pretty special.
