Former Starkville High School basketball player Jacolby Mobley keeps taking his game to another level.
It's not just because Mobley has gone from high school to junior college and now the Division I stage after signing with the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga on Thursday, but coaches have noticed the maturity level increase in the former Yellowjacket.
"That's the thing I'm most proud of with Jacolby," EMCC men's basketball coach Mark White said. "It's the way he is practicing and the way he approaches academics. He carries that onto the floor with him. All of the Division I coaches that have recruited us have commented on how much Jacolby has matured."
