Starkville Academy defeats Pillow 5-4 in soccer

September 10, 2013

Richardson

Sallie Kate Richardson was determined to give everything she had for the Starkville Academy Lady Volunteers Tuesday afternoon.
It was twice that the Pillow Academy Lady Mustangs tied up the soccer match with the Lady Vols at the Starkville Sportsplex, but both times Richardson put in the goals to put her team back on top.
Richardson scored three goals in all for a hat trick and Starkville Academy won a 5-4 decision against Pillow.
"It's good to get the goals and let them count so we can win," Richardson said.
