Emma McMoore, 63, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Richmond Heights, (St. Louis) MO.  Funeral Services were held Saturday, July 6, 2013 at New Zion U.M. Church, Rev. Tyrone Stallings, Pastor; Rev. James Covington Jr., officiator.

Emma aka Dot exemplified unconditional love to her family, church family and the community.  She was a friend to all and a stranger to none. She loved the Lord and loved serving as unto the Lord in whatever capacity she could.  Matthew 25:35-36  For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me,(C) I was in prison and you came to visit me was an example of the life she lived always willing to help to serve to give.

Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie McMoore; parents, Howard and Margaret Tucker; sisters, Alice Hardwict, Annie Mearl Scaffer, Henrietta Smith, Virginia Williams, and Grady Reynolds; brothers, Willie George Tucker and Howard Tucker Jr.

Survivors include: one daughter, Koretta (Pastor Michael) Reed of Starkville, Mississippi; two sons, William (Monesha) Jordan Jr. and Petro (Shonn) Jordan, both of Starkville, Mississippi;  two sisters, Margaret Hall and Vera Allen, both of St. Louis, MO; two brothers, Pastor Tommy (Denise) Tucker of St. Louis, MO and Henry (Toni) Tucker, of Starkville Mississippi  17 grandchildren, one great-grand child ,and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
