July 19, 2013

GULF SHORES, Ala. – Longhorns Baseball lost a tough 2-1 decision on Friday to Team Mizuno Houston (Texas) of the Major league at the United States Sports Specialty 10-year-old World Series.
Mizuno Houston scored the winning run in the final inning on a balk call by the umpire.
"It was a great game and they had a really good pitcher on the mound," Longhorns coach Keith Lawrence said. "It was a hard way to lose a game, but the boys are playing so hard."
