Longhorns finish WS pool play at 3-0-1

GULF SHORES, Ala. – Longhorns Baseball finished pool play at the United States Sports Specialty Association AA World Series with a 3-0-1 record after a win and a tie on Thursday.
After tying the Houston (Texas) Wranglers, a team in the Major league, 5-5, the Longhorns came back to beat the South Alabama Bruins 12-7.
Against the Bruins, the Longhorns got two hits each from Kelvin Smith and Melvin Crawford.
