Frazier sets MSU single-season mark for hits

OMAHA, Neb. – Mississippi State has seen several good hitters come and go through the years.
Adam Frazier etched his names next to the great Bulldog hitters.
The MSU junior shortstop went 2-for-4 to set the single-season hits record with 104 as the No. 7 (Collegiate Baseball) Bulldogs beat the No. 3 Oregon State Beavers 5-4 Saturday afternoon at TD Ameritrade Park in the first game of the College World Series.
