Hunter Renfroe brought a great amount of talent with him when he came to Mississippi State.
In his junior season, the Crystal Springs native showcased it, as he helped lead the Bulldogs to their first 40-win regular season since 1997.
On Monday, Renfroe was honored for his season. The right fielder won the C Spire Ferriss Trophy during a ceremony at the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame in the 10th year for the award.
