Audrey McBride, realtor and broker associate with Prudential Starkville Properties, received the prestigious award of the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors “Realtor of The Year” award for 2008.
She was presented this honor at the monthly GTAR October board meeting in Columbus.
“I’ve been in real estate for seven years. I do attribute this award to other successful realtors that I have learned from, that I have sat and watched and listened to and gained a lot of knowledge from them. It’s a huge honor,” McBride said.
McBride has been very active in the local board having served as past Social Chair and MARPAC chair. She will begin serving on the Board of Directors in 2009.
She is a member of the Mississippi Association of Realtor’s Leadership Class of 2007 and the charter class of the Mississippi Association of Realtors LMAR.honors Class, Courageous Leadership.
McBride has been a top producing agent and credits this to the many referrals she receives from past clients and friends. She has earned several awards for her outstanding production from Prudential. Audrey has earned the President’s Circle award and attended the Prudential Summit for Top Agents.
She is also involved in the community, and she and her family are members of First United Methodist Church. Having been a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority at Delta State University, McBride is very active in the local Kappa Delta Alumni Association. She and her husband, Rocky, have three children – Hamilton 15, Harrison, 13 and Madalyn, 10.
McBride is highly regarded in the realtor profession, where she is known to have a much respected work ethic and works well with her team members and other realtors, said Broker/Co-Owner, Melanie Mitchell. “We are very fortunate to have a team player like Audrey at Prudential and she keeps us laughing with her quick wit and love of life,” said Mitchell.
