In less than five hours after a Silver Alert was issued for Betty Moak, it was canceled - she had been found, and was safe, according to a news release from Warren Strain, public affairs director for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.
Moak, 84, disappeared about 6 p.m. Monday in Indianola. She was last seen driving a red Mercury Marquis on Bayou Drive; Moak suffered from a medical condition which could impair her judgment, according to law enforcement.
