Ruth Weeks Hannah

The funeral for Ruth Weeks Hannah will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at Coleman Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hannah, 91, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010 in Ocean Springs. She was born and raised in Winston County.
She lived in Sturgis for many years before moving to Longview where she lived for 35 years.
She was a resident of Ocean Springs Nursing Center for the past three years and a member of Longview Baptist Church.
Mrs. Hannah was preceded in death by her husband, Charles S. Hannah; parents, Willis R. and Mattie I. Weeks; brothers, Oscar Lee and Jessie Weeks and sisters, Pearl Weeks and Laura Haimes.
Survivors include include her children, Edna H. (Dean) Shaw of Ocean Springs, Charlene H. (Louis) Fausak of Highland Village, Texas, Thomas J. (Renee) Hannah of Ponder, Texas and Joene H. (Mark) Nickerson of Savannah, Ga; sister, Elizabeth W. Whatley of Longview and12 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Longview Baptist Church or one’s favorite charity.
