Sarah Beth James, crowned earlier this summer as Miss Mississippi for 2010, will speak Monday at the weekly meeting of Starkville Rotary Club. The Mississippi State senior majoring in communications, will be introduced by Rotarian Bill Foster. Rotary meets each Monday noon at Starkville Country Club.
