A three-hit night from Tanner Allen highlighted a 12-hit attack as Mississippi State knocked off No. 1 Florida Friday night at Dudy Noble Field.

MSU clinched the weekend series from the SEC regular-season championships, while moving to 8-1 against Top 10 opponents this season. The Bulldogs have taken each of the last two series from the Gators.

State improved to 30-24 overall and 14-15 in league play, while Florida fell to 41-14 and 20-9.
