Former Starkville Academy baseball coach Jody Britt was served his grand jury indictment Tuesday.

Britt was arrested in September and charged with enticement of a child after two incidents were reported to SPD officials.

The indictment claims Britt made advances towards two, then-16 year-old minors at the time of the incident. Following the Jan. 22 proceedings, Britt was indicted on two counts of exploitation of a child, according to the indictment.

The document states Britt tried to entice, solicit, advise, coerce or seduce two minors in the fall of 2015.

It goes on to claim Britt tried to meet with the minors for the purpose of engaging in sexually explicit activities.

His bond was set at $70,000 and his bond was met, according to Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Lt. Brett Watson.

Britt will have an Oktibbeha County Circuit Court appearance May 2.
