Collecting school supplies for Afghan children

The Mississippi State University Maroon Edition Service Committee, in conjunction with the Lamia Afghan Foundation, is collecting school supplies for the children of Afghanistan. Items such as notebook paper, composition notebooks, blunt-end scissors and erasers (a complete list can be found the Foundation’s website at http://www.lamia-afghanfoundation.org) can be purchased and dropped off at the MSU Welcome Center Saturday, Sept. 25, before the start of the home football game.
