Congratulations on the birth of your baby! We would like to announce the good news in our newspaper and need your help in carefully filling out the following questionnaire and returning it to our office.

Baby photos can be added for $10, but running the announcement without the photo is free. Please do not include other family members in the photo. You can add your photo below. We can use black and white or color photos.

After submitting the birth announcement, you will be presented with a link to pay for your photo online.

We prefer to have baby announcements placed within the first six months of the birth.
