The Starkville Academy Volunteers and Lady Vols split action in matinee basketball at home Monday afternoon.
Starkville Academy's boys won a 74-55 decision over Oak Hill, while the girls were edged 58-56.

On the day when Prescott was honored as the Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Week, he was also listed as one of the 10 finalists for the C Spire Conerly Trophy.
