SHS hosts five-team jamboree at Davis Wade

It can be found in Starkville today.
Starkville High School is hosting an all-day jamboree, involving five teams, at Davis Wade Stadium on the campus of Mississippi State University.

Bulldogs set for Lafayette

The Mississippi State Bulldogs have been there and done that.
They are happy to be doing it again.
For the second-consecutive season, the Bulldogs are playing a postseason regional in Lafayette, La.
MSU takes on Baylor today in the first round at 5:30 p.m. Host Louisiana-Lafayette and Weber State are also in the field.

Bougard off to good start with Bulldogs

Mississippi State's Erica Bougard had her sights set on winning the heptathlon entering the Southeastern Conference Outdoor Championships on the campus of Mississippi State.
So far so good.
Bougard won three of the first four legs of the event at the Mike Sanders Track Complex Thursday to put herself in first place with a score of 3,820, 149 points better than the athlete in second place.

Vivians looking for a roster spot with Team USA

Victoria Vivians' summer will definitely feature basketball, but she might be representing her country in the process.
Vivians just finished her freshman season at Mississippi State and she will have the opportunity to earn a spot on the United States' rosters for the Pan American and World University Games the next couple of days.

MSU hosts the 2015 Southeastern Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the Mike Sanders Track Complex. It's the first time the event has been in Starkville since 2002.

The Bulldogs have produced 18 overall draft picks under the seventh-year head coach since 2010.
This month's NFL Draft proved that once again. The Bulldogs had five players taken in the first six rounds and seven sign free agent contracts.
