Markelia Lynette Boyd, 29, died Sunday, July 20, 2014 in Chicago, Illinois.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Griffin United Methodist Church with Reverend Earl Willis, Officiating. 
Visitation will be Friday, July 25, 2014: 12:00 -6:00 p.m. at West Memorial Chapel, Starkville, Mississippi. 
Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Starkville, Mississippi.

Mississippi State senior wide receiver Jameon Lewis proved last year that he can be more than a threat on the outside.
In two different games, Lewis threw a touchdown, caught a touchdown and rushed for a touchdown.
That type of play was good enough to get him on the Hornung Award preseason watch list this summer. The award goes to the most versatile player in college football.

Neighbors open season when SA plays Oak Hill
