JACKSON â€“ The Starkville Lady Yellowjackets locked up an undefeated regular season in Class 5A, Region 2 play and clinched a first-round home playoff game with a 3-0 (25-12, 25-9, 25-13) victory at Jackson Callaway Tuesday night.
Starkville finished the regular season with records of 19-11 overall and 8-0 in the region. The Lady Jackets did not drop a set in region matches.
