TULARE, Calif. — Mrs. Joyce Joy was born on Sept. 24, 1931 to James and Thursa Solomon of Oklahoma.
Memorials services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013 at Church of Christ in Tulare, Calif.
A private family burial will follow.
Miller's Tulare Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She worked as an accountant for several school districts over the years.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman.
Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery in Chester.
Visitation will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 prior to service.
Mr. David Wesley Evers Jr., 78, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus.Â
A funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father John Bohn officiating.

YORK HARBOR, Maine — Mr. Perry Wesley Mullen Sr. of Vero Beach, Fla. and longtime resident of Starkville, 90, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013 at North Springs United Methodist Church in Sandy Springs, Ga.
Burial will follow in Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs, Ga. with an informal reception to follow.
