Billy Dean Clark, 74, passed away at his residence in Houston, MS.Â He was retired from maintenance with the Natchez Trace Parkway and a Baptist.Â He was a decorated U.S. Army Veteran of 17 years, serving in 3 tours in Vietnam.Â
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Clark and Annie Estes Clark; two children, one grandchild and a twin brother.Â
Mrs. Autry Jean Taylor, 81,Â ofÂ Starkville, MS, died Thursday, October 30, 2014 in Starkville, Mississippi.
Funeral services willÂ be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at New LightÂ Church, Starkville, MS withÂ Minister Ross Crawford, officiating.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 12:00 P.M.- 6:00 P.M. at West Memorial Funeral Home, Starkville, Mississippi.
Mrs. Opaline Adams Malone, 81, of Sturgis, MS passed away at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville on Thursday, October 30, 2014.
Rodgie Lee "Chest" Lindsey, 76,Â ofÂ Starkville, MS, died Monday, October 27, 2014 in Columbus, Mississippi.
Funeral services willÂ be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Rockhill United Methodist Church with Reverend Jerome WIlson, officiating.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 31, 2014 from 12:00 P.M.- 6:00 P.M. at West Memorial Funeral Home, Starkville, Mississippi.
Mr. John H. â€śJohnnyâ€ť Kemp, 71, of Brooksville, MS passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. A Celebration of his home-going will be held on Saturday, November 1, at 11:00 A.M. from Fellowship Baptist Church in Starkville, MS. Bro. Dickie Bryan will officiate at the service. Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Â at Brooksville Cemetery.

James Edward Springer, Jr. (known to many as "Doodle"), passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at his home in Starkville, MS.Â He was born in Birmingham, AL January 28, 1952.Â
He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Springer, Sr.
James Middleton Whitt died October 27, 2014 at his home in Mathiston, MS. Mr. Jimmy, as everyone knew him, was born January 30, 1945 at his family home in Grady (Webster County), MS. After graduating from Eupora High School and Wood Junior College he earned a Master of Education from Mississippi State University. He began his teaching career at Hollandale High School.
