Flora Mae Fulgham, passed away on June 2, 2013 in Starkville, MS.Â She was a homemaker and a member of Self Creek Baptist Church, where she was a church nursery worker and Sunday school teacher.Â She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother.Â
Mr. Jimmy White, 69, died 5/27/13 at the Oktibbeha County Hospital in Starkville. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, May 31, 2013 at the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora with burial to follow in the Maben Memorial Cemetery in Maben.Â Visitation will be Thursday, May 30 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Mr.
Mr. Hulon Arthur Morgan, 84 of Maben, MS, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.
He was very passionate about his music. He played in the Maben Church of God Band.Â He also played lead guitar for Morgan Davis Family.
Niles David Puckett, Attorney, died March 16, 2013 in Denver, Colorado. He will be missed by his parents, Benny Ronald â€śRonnieâ€ť and Tara Bouchillon Puckett; his sister, Ginger Michelle Puckett; and many relatives and friends. He was the Grandson of the late Joyce and Jimmie Bouchillon and the late Joel and Flora Puckett, all of Louisville, Mississippi.
Pheba, Mississippi - David Forrester, 83, passed away, on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at his home, in Pheba. Mr. David was born August 23, 1929, in Webster County, MS, in the Dancy Community, the son of the late Thomas Jefferson and Rosa Oletha Martin Forrester. He was a member of Pheba Baptist Church, where he was a Deacon.
Known as "The Hummingbird Lady of Oktoc," Rebecca Cowsert White Nash passed away May 17, 2013. Born March 3, 1930, to William C. and Florence Stone Cowsert she was the youngest of four children.
Otto Vance Wise, 93, passed away May 15 in Jackson, Mississippi after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Eva Otto and James Giles Wise, his wife of 66 years, Mary Wilkinson Wise, and a brother, G.J. Wise. He was born in Hopevilla, Louisiana.
Mr. Thomas Glen Oswalt, 73, of Starkville, MS; passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013 at his residence.Â
Thomas was an Entomology Technician with USDA for 38 years, served for 35 years in the Army National Guard and a member of Adaton Baptist Church.Â
Whitman Hill Lenoir, 83, a true southern gentleman, passed away at the Care Center of Aberdeen on Saturday, May 11, 2013. He was born October 3, 1929, in Aberdeen to Sterling Payne Lenoir and Emma Mangum Lenoir. He lived most of his life in Aberdeen, but moved to Starkville, for eight years in 2000. He was a fourth generation owner and farmer of the family owned Lenoir Plantation in Prairie, MS.
Mrs. Annie Louise Boyd 75, pass away May 6, 2013 at The University Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
The Funeral Service will be held Saturday May 11, 2013 at First John Baptist Church, Starkville, MS with Rev. Lee Peeples officiating.
Burial will be at Boyd Cemetery in Starkville, MS.
She was a Retired Nurse Asst.
