The cowbells are ringing in Heaven as the Lord welcomes home one of the most devoted MSU Baseball fans that the university has ever had.Â
Mary Francis Thaxton Lindsey died in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012 from continued medical complications.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Starkville.
Mr. Stacy Pete Givens, 94, of Mt. Vernon, Ind., passed into his next life on Aug. 18, 2012.
Mr. Givens was laid to rest in Mt. Vernon Cemetery on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012.
Schneider Funeral Home of Mt. Vernon was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Frances Sherman, 66, died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012 in Starkville.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012 at Peter's Rock Church of God in Christ with Rev. Sam Bonner officiating.
Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 1-6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012 with family hour being held 6-7 p.m. at West Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Emma Lee Hendrix, 90, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012 in Meridian.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012 at Zion Cypress United Methodist Church with Rev. Willie Hendrix officiating.
Burial will follow at Zion Cypress Cemetery.
Visitation will be held noon to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, 2012 at West Memorial Funeral Home.
