Mary Bennett Walker, known as “Mary B” to her many friends, age 90, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2011 at Philwood Suites in Columbus.
Mr. Thomas McKenzie, 89, passed away at his residence in Sturgis on Tuesday, March 1, 2011.
Thomas was a member of Shady Grove Lutheran Church and a World War II Army Veteran.
Maxine Smith Curtis of Roanoke, Va. and previously from Starkville passed away on February 27.
Ruth Ann Manning-Bishop, 58, passed away on February 19 at her residence in Starkville.
Betty G. Glover, 60, born September 27, 1950 in Little Rock, Ark., passed away on Monday, February 28 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora. Mrs. Glover moved to Bradley in 1981.
Mary Lucille Beach, 90, of Biloxi, Miss. passed away on Feb. 26 in Biloxi.
Maxine Wilson Edwards, 89, of Greenwood, died Feb. 25, 2011, at Sunflower County Hospital. Services were held Feb. 27 at First United Methodist Church in Greenwood.
Deane S. McCoy, 88, passed away on Feb. 24, 2011 at her residence in Starkville. She was a bookkeeper for Riverside Ind. and a Baptist.
Doris James Harris, 56, passed away on Feb. 20 in Atlanta, Ga. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m.
Graveside services for Robert E. (Bob) White were held Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011 at 3 p.m. from Eastlawn Cemetery in Philadelphia with Steve Mabry officiating.
