Funeral services willÂ be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Rockhill United Methodist Church with Reverend Jerome WIlson, officiating.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 31, 2014 from 12:00 P.M.- 6:00 P.M. at West Memorial Funeral Home, Starkville, Mississippi.
Mr. John H. âJohnnyâ Kemp, 71, of Brooksville, MS passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. A Celebration of his home-going will be held on Saturday, November 1, at 11:00 A.M. from Fellowship Baptist Church in Starkville, MS. Bro. Dickie Bryan will officiate at the service. Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Â at Brooksville Cemetery.
Agnes Pauline Gazaway,89, passed away Wednesday October 29, 2014 at Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo, MS.

James Edward Springer, Jr. (known to many as "Doodle"), passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at his home in Starkville, MS.Â He was born in Birmingham, AL January 28, 1952.Â
He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Springer, Sr.
James Middleton Whitt died October 27, 2014 at his home in Mathiston, MS. Mr. Jimmy, as everyone knew him, was born January 30, 1945 at his family home in Grady (Webster County), MS. After graduating from Eupora High School and Wood Junior College he earned a Master of Education from Mississippi State University. He began his teaching career at Hollandale High School.
Mildred Floyd Stickley of Starkville, Mississippi died at Oktibbeha County Hospital on October 24, 2014.Â She was a native of Lexington, Virginia.Â The daughter of the late Robert Henry Floyd and Julia Hartless Floyd, she had lived throughout the northeast and south and had retired in Mississippi.Â She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen R. Stickley, Jr.
Funeral services for Gary Thomas West will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. onÂ Â Saturday, October 25, 2014, at Wake Forest Baptist Church in Sturgis.Â Burial will follow at Wake Forest Church Cemetery. The Revs. Bruce Latimer and Gary Jackson will officiate.Â Visitation will be Friday, October 24, 2014, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville.
