Pasta, bread, pizza crusts, peanut butter, fried foods, beef, even certain types of chips — these are all foods that some of the most common food allergies keep kids from eating.
According to Ginny Hill, director of child nutrition for Starkville School District, some of the most common food allergies in students include wheat, peanuts and beef.
