Local 'do-gooder' nominated for award

A Mississippi State staff member has been chosen as one of 18 finalists for the Foundation for the Mid Southâ€™s Do-Gooders Award from a pool of more than 600 nominees.
The cityâ€™s Transportation Committee is inviting local residents to participate in their discussions on improving pedestrian access around Starkville.
