MHP names victim from hit-and-run

Mississippi Highway Patrol on Monday identified the victim of a fatal apparent Sunday morning hit-and-run incident on Highway 82 West as 26-year-old Carson B. Park of Gordo, Ala.

The incident happened near Center Grove.
