Cyberstalking is an increasingly-serious issue for victims, Internet providers and law enforcement agencies. Though the crime is relatively new when compared to others, officials take it very seriously.

Bike rally could return to Sturgis

Representatives from the Sturgis motorcycle rally board met with the Sturgis Board of Aldermen Tuesday to start a relaunch process for the rally, and rally representatives said they found the aldermen more amicable and open to negotiation than past city officials.
