Starkville School District Superintendent Lewis Holloway and Oktibbeha County School District Conservator Margie Pulley will present a report to the Commission on Starkville Consolidated School District Structure on the feasibility of an early merger of their respective districts.

SFD rules out arson in Shrine Club fire

Starkville Fire Department determined that an electrical fire severely damaged the Shrine Club building on Louisville Street early on Saturday morning.

SFD Fire Marshal Mark McCurdy said the investigation ruled out foul play.
