Wells to leave MSU for Louisiana Tech

Perfect Game's Kendall Rogers reported on Tuesday that Mississippi State coordinator of baseball camps Jake Wells will become an assistant coach at Louisiana Tech.
A team spokesperson confirmed that Wells will be leaving the Bulldog program, but Louisiana Tech won't make the hire official until July 1.

SSD Board to present ‘15 budget

The Starkville School District Board of Education will hold a public hearing for the district’s proposed fiscal year 2015 budget.

The public hearing will begin at 6 p.m. tonight at the Greensboro Center. Starkville School District Superintendent Lewis Holloway is scheduled to present the budget, followed by a public comment period. Public comments are limited to three minutes per individual.

Dean was a homemaker and a member of Sturgis Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Lowrey of Starkville, MS; son, Ralph Jackson of Ackerman, MS; daughter-in-law, Lynn Jackson of Starkville, MS; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
