Raised in Pampa, TX he was a graduate of Pampa High School and he served the United States Navy in the Pacific aboard the USS Atlanta from 1945 until 1946.

Kate Dell Frazier, 98, a homemaker, passed away Friday October 25, 2013 at the Windsor Place in Columbus, MS. Ms. Frazier was born January 8, 1915 in Crawford, MS. She was a member of Bevils Hill Methodist Church.
