Oktibbeha County Coroner Michael Hunt pleaded guilty Tuesday to one charge of driving under the influence in Lowndes County Justice Court.
Hunt, 46, was arrested Nov. 8 in Columbus and charged with his first DUI and careless driving.
He was not in a county owned vehicle at the time of his arrest.

The Sturgis Board of Aldermen voted unanimously Tuesday to hold a workshop Feb. 12 to develop a counterproposal to the Sturgis South Bike Rally Boardâ€™s 2013 motorcycle rally proposal, with an alderman liaison set to ask the rally board to meet jointly with the aldermen once the counterproposal is ready.
