Commission to discuss rezone

The Starkville Planning and Zoning Commission will consider rezoning a portion of the Thad Cochran Research Park for a corporate housing complex at its meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.

MSU to play Ole Miss in Pearl

The Mississippi State Bulldogs have rebounded after hitting a low point of the season and are coming off a good week.
The No. 26 (Collegiate Baseball) Bulldogs are coming off a 3-1 week. MSU beat South Alabama in Mobile, Ala. last Tuesday and returned home to take two out of three from the Florida Gators in a Southeastern Conference weekend series.

Bulldogs own one-shot lead at Old Waverly

WEST POINT - The 28th-ranked Mississippi State Bulldogs didn't have the look of a men's college golf team that was leading by one stroke after the first two rounds of the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship Monday.

Bulldogs unable to finish sweep

April 8, 2013

Several Mississippi State baseball fans showed up to Dudy Noble Field on Sunday with brooms in hand, but they were unable to use them.
The No. 24 (Collegiate Baseball) Bulldogs were looking for their first Southeastern Conference sweep of the season, but were out-dueled in game three as the Florida Gators took an 8-3 win.

MSU-hosted tourney starts at Old Waverly

It has been a long time coming, but Mississippi State's men's golf team will be playing close to home.
The Bulldogs will host the inaugural Old Waverly Collegiate Championship today and Tuesday at Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point.
