Starkville PD, sheriff’s department see summertime decrease in crime

With nearly half its population gone for the summer, Starkville’s fallen quiet on many fronts, including crime.

Starkville Police Chief David Lindley said Starkville’s crime pattern was similar to other college town around the nation.
