Addie Christine Hawkins Tomlinson, 96, passed away on December 12, 2013 at The Carrington Nursing Center in Starkville, MS. A forty-year resident of Starkville, she was a homemaker and was known for her love of gardening, culinary skills and beautiful handwork.
Mississippi State University usually has so many students walking across the stage for its spring graduation that it splits them into two ceremonies.
