Starkvilleâ€™s Board of Aldermen unanimously approved a measure Tuesday calling for a review of the cityâ€™s landscaping and sidewalk ordinances.
The agenda item arose impromptu as it was not included in the boardâ€™s e-packet prior to the meeting. Instead, Aldermen Lisa Wynn and David Little, of Wards 2 and 3 respectively, presented it jointly as an agenda addition after the meeting began.
