The Starkville Historic Preservation Commission will review a new draft of all the preservation guidelines it has reviewed over the past several months at its meeting Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall’s building department.

The Oktibbeha County Health Department at 203 Yeates St. will host an immunization clinic from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday to provide children and adolescents with the immunizations they need to enter school, including the Tdap vaccination now required for all children entering seventh grade.
Mr. John Wesley Ray of Savannah, Tenn.,85, died Monday, July 23, 2012 in his home today.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at McConnell Memorial Baptist Church in Hiawassee, Ga. with Rev. Don Pickerill officiating.
Special music will be presented by Patsy Daniel, accompanied by Connie Lake.
Mr. James Varner (Nap) Clark, 82, died peacefully at his youth camp on Wednesday July 18, 2012 following a long fruitful life serving the Lord Jesus Christ. His service was marked by a passion to present God’s priceless gift of forever life by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone.
