Dr. Paul Joseph Brignac, Jr., 67, died on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011, at Starkville Manor Nursing Home. He was born in New Orleans on Feb. 2, 1944.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Retha Conn Neusy, 59, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.
