Absentee ballots have arrived for the Nov. 2 general election, and those who need to vote absentee can now do so, Circuit Clerk Angie McGinnis said.
The Mississippi State University Wind Ensemble will present its first concert of the season at 7:30 p.m. today in the McComas Hall theater.
The concert is free and open to the public.
